   Thanks for dropping by to check on sundaygamer.com!  Work on Sunday Commissioner was waylaid due to a foray into a few other gaming obsessions. Remember, I am a gamer first, and a game designer second.  If you want to know what the Sunday Gamer himself has been playing, I am working on a blog which I will post to at consistent intervals. But know this, I have been distracted with my gaming, but I am getting back to developing and finishing the game ideas I currently have.

**I FINALLY HAVE AN AMAZING ARTIST I AM WORKING WITH TO ILLUSTRATE THE SUNDAY WAR CARDS...IT WILL BE COMING SOON!***

    For now, know that I have been playing  Call of Duty: Black Ops  because I like getting my sorry ass pwned by 12 year olds.  It tickles me.  EA, while being the evil conglomerate that keeps the small guy down, has hit a home run with  Fight Night Champion...The boxing is sick as hell.  Online character progression is a plus.  But, leave it to EA to fuck it all up and allow players to buy experience points.  Once again, EA ruins what could have been an amazing testament to one's devotion to a game by allowing people that want to give them money the chance to beef up their characters without putting in the work.  
    The game that really needs a separate paragraph is  Minecraft .   Minecraft is a testament to a small game designer with sharp perception recognizing what makes games fun as hell and boiling an aspect down into a game of his own.  I bought into Minecraft and am happy as hell that I did.  Why not support the small guy and make his ass a millionaire while EA nickels and dimes their already loyal customers.  I am glad Minecraft has made Notch a millionaire.  It has probably, in terms of going out to the movies--hour for hour--earned me a million dollars as well.  If you ever liked sandbox games and/or ever liked playing with LEGO blocks; if you ever liked crafting items out of the materials you worked your ass of to find; if you ever liked to farm and fish; if you ever liked adventure and never knowing what was around the next corner; if you ever liked riding in ships a la the Wind Waker, then Minecraft is something you should definitely check out.  
    I have also picked up a  Logitech Driving Force GT and have been playing racing games like a mother.  A lot of RPGs as well to inspire work on Sunday Dungeon.  If you own a PS3 and like RPGs, especially difficult, hardcore action RPGs, you owe it to yourself to play  Demon's Souls.
